Shipping 

All products are shipped from our European central warehouse in the EU. We ship via WeDo/Eurodis.

When purchasing a horse, we cover the shipping costs as well as all customs duties and taxes; we ship under DDP terms (All fees are already included in the price; you do not pay anything upon delivery). The parcel is subject to customs clearance in the UK, if you are nevertheless charged any fees, we will reimburse them upon request.

Normal delivery time is around 5 working days, but can be longer.

If you would like the horse to be shipped via DHL Express with faster delivery and customs clearance, the surcharge is 30 GBP.
