CONSENT TO PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING AND INFORMATION ON PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING

You hereby grant your consent to processing of your personal data to Fine Promo s.r.o. for the purposes of sending commercial communication (marketing offers) and for performance of other marketing activities concerning you.   1. LEGAL BASIS FOR PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING

2.1. The legal basis for the processing of your personal data is formed by your consent hereby granted to the Controller within the meaning of Art. 6 (1)(a) of Regulation 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (hereinafter the “Regulation”).

  1. PURPOSE OF PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING

3.1. The purpose of the processing of your personal data is the delivery of commercial communications to you, and the performance of other marketing activities by the Controller.

3.2. The Controller does not use automated individual decision-making within the meaning of Article 22 of the Regulation.

  1. PERIOD OF STORAGE OF PERSONAL DATA

4.1. Your personal data will be stored by the Controller for an indefinite term, however, not after you revoke your consent to the processing of personal data (for the relevant purpose of processing).

  1. OTHER RECIPIENTS OF PERSONAL DATA

5.1. Other recipients of your personal data include entities providing marketing and IT services to the Controller. 

5.2. The Controller does not intend to transfer your personal data to a third country (outside EU) or to an international organisation.

  1. RIGHTS OF THE DATA SUBJECT

6.1. Under the terms and conditions stipulated in the Regulation, you have the right to request from the Controller access to your personal data, the right to rectification or erasure of your personal data or restriction of their processing, right to object to processing of your personal data, as well as the right to portability of your personal data (performance of a contract).

6.2. You have the right to revoke consent to the processing of your personal data granted to the Controller at any time. However, this shall in no way prejudice the lawfulness of the processing of your personal data performed prior to the withdrawal of the consent. You can revoke your consent to the processing of your personal data in the following way: you can select the option to revoke the consent after you have logged into your registration page on the Controller’s Website.

6.3. If you think that the processing of your personal data violated or violates the Regulation, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

6.4. You are not obliged to provide personal data. Providing your personal data is not a legal or contractual requirement, nor is it a necessary requirement for the conclusion of a contract.

6.5. You may object to your personal data processing for the purpose of direct marketing at any time, including profiling if the profiling relates to direct marketing. If you object to the processing of your personal data for the purpose of direct marketing, your personal data shall no longer be processed for this purpose.
